Our website grants you non-exclusive limited license to use the Perfect SEO Url plugin and other product(s) sold through our website perfectseourl.com by (the “product”) in accordance with these Terms & Conditions (the “license) issued by our company.
The Dutch law applies to these terms & conditions. Disputes will be settled by a Dutch court. Please note that national legislations of other countries may contain different rules on this subject.

1. Plugin Licensing & Usage
The Perfect SEO Url plugin is exclusively and only available on this website, https://www.perfectseourl.com. Any other location the plugin or parts of the plugin is being sold / shared / distributed are illegal.
The Perfect SEO Url plugin is licensed individually by unique serial number. The product serial contains an unique number that allows free updates for one year and the possibility to report bugs. Each license is for single site use only. Serial numbers will be disabled from updates when sharing or changing (parts of) the code. The customer is not allowed to share or resell the license or plugin or parts of the plugin/code.
Illegal usage/ distribution / sharing the plugin or parts of the plugin involves a penalty of € 4500,00 (forty-five hundred) a day. Disputes will be settled by a Dutch court.
2. Automatic product updates
Automatic product updates are available to customers who have purchased the Perfect SEO Url plugin for WooCommerce for a period of 1 year (12 months). A single site license provides updates for a single site. You may not share or resell access to your license key or product.
3. Delivery
After we have successfully processed your payment, you will receive an email with the download link and license key. This may take up to 1 hour to arrive, but usually happens within minutes of placing the order. If you do not receive an email after this time period, please contact us. You may then login to perfectseourl.com to receive your plugin, if you use the email address you used to purchase the plugin you will have instant access to all support related material.
4. Ownership
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership rights to any of our products. All products are property of Perfect SEO Url. They are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. We shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or losses that occur out of the use or inability to use our products.
5. Site Content
All site content, including imagery and documentation that is published on Perfectseorul.com is non-free. Any replicated site content must be authorized in advanced. Content from this site shall not be used or exploited for commercial or non-commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Perfect SEO Url.
6. Refunds
We will be happy to offer a refund within the first 21 days of your purchase when there is a technical failure of our product. Refund requests must include the license key, date of purchase and the original purchaser’s email address. Refunds do not apply to product upgrades or annual renewals. Refund requests may take up to 15 days to process. Refunds will be granted at the sole discretion of Perfect SEO Url and payed trough Paypal. You can submit your refund by using the refund form.
Absolutely no refunds will be given after 21 days from the initial purchase. Please note that by purchasing the plugin, you agree to the terms of this refund policy. Take notice that no refunds will be given when the problem is caused by third-party plugins. The Perfect SEO Url team will verify if the problem is caused by third party plugins. If requested by Perfect SEO Url you have to support access to your webshop, the Perfect SEO Url team will try to fix the problem(s). “Bugfixing” must be completed within 15 days, if Perfect SEO Url is not able to fix the problem within this periode of time, you will receive a full refund.
After completion of the refund the buyer is not allowed to use/ distribute/ resell / share the plugin or parts from the plugin/code. The penalty for illegal usage has a maximum of € 4500,00 (forty-five hundred) each day. Disputes will be settled by a Dutch court.
7. Support
Perfect SEO Url offers WordPress plugins “as is” and with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you would like or will be compatible with all 3rd party components and plugins. We do not offer support via email or otherwise support WordPress or other WordPress plugins we have not developed.
Automatic product updates are provided for a term of 1 year from the time of purchase. After 1 year a new license will need to be purchased in order to continue receiving product updates.
License holders cannot distribute, freely giveaway, or resell their license key. The license key is non transferable. The license is intended to be used on the license holders web site(s). Client site usage is permitted in situations where the license holder maintains an ongoing relationship with the client as a consultant.
Providing Perfect SEO Url as a service or providing Perfect SEO Url as part of a web hosting solution does not constitute an ongoing client/consultant relationship under these terms. Perfect SEO Url may not be sold by other channels then perfectseourl.com
License holders are not permitted to re-post forum content or documentation on any external websites, social media outlets, etc. Posting screen captures of this content is also prohibited. Violation will be grounds for immediate termination.
8. Transactional Emails
Perfect SEO Url may on occasion send you email notifications related to your plugin license. These transactional emails may include notification of licensing changes, changes to our terms and conditions, license expiration notices and other transactional emails related to your purchase(s) on Perfectseourl.com. By purchasing Perfect SEO Url you agree to receive these transactional emails.
9. Account Suspension
Perfect SEO Url reserves the right, at any time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently a license with or without notice.
10. Warranty
Our plugin is guaranteed to function on a clean installation of WordPress using the default WordPress theme. We do not guarantee it will function with all 3rd party plugins, themes or with all web browsers. We are not responsible for any plugin or theme compatibility conflicts that may occur. It is our policy to support our products as best we can and we won’t provide support for 3rd party plugin conflicts. We are not responsible for any data loss that may occur as a result of installing this plugin.
11. Pricing/Billing/Privacy
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time for any reason. We reserve the right to not honor typographical errors which may cause incorrect pricing on the website. We will absolutely never sell or share your personal with 3rd parties. All data we collect will be used for internal purposes only.
12. License
After 1 year (12 months) you are able to renew the license, to keep access to the product/updates and upgrades. A renewal costs $ 49,00 a year (12 months). You will receive an email from the Perfect SEO Url team when you need to update your license.
13. General
The preceding terms & conditions govern the sale of Perfect SEO Url. By placing an order with us you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree with our terms & conditions. Please notify us prior to placing an order if you disagree with any of our terms & conditions. We reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions at anytime for any reason.
